Time to get ready to get running

This year's The Run Northamptonshire is open for entries.
People were able to enter the event, which is in its third year and will take place on Sunday, October 2, from Friday (April 1).
Northamptonshire County Council is confident of attracting more than 3,000 runners to the race, which starts and ends at Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium. The main 10km event takes place on a close road circular route around the town centre and is complimented by a 5km run and children's races over 2km and 1km.
Entrants can sign up at reduced rates if they enter before July 29.
People can enter The Run by visiting The Run website or via entry forms available at gyms, libraries, council receptions and country parks around the county.
