HUNSBURY: Village voice is cut off

Community experts Northamptonshire ACRE (Action for Communities for Rural England) has been forced to cancel the print version of its Village Viewpoint magazine due to funding issues.
The chairty, which acts as a rural community council for Northamptonshire and is based in The Hunsbury Hill Centre, Harksome Hill, West Hunsbury, will instead send a PDF version of the publication to subscribers.
The seasonal magazine aims to keep parish and district councils and residents up to date with the progress of our work. In a letter sent out earlier this week the charity's Sarah Clarke wrote: 'I am wiritng to let you know that for cost effectiveness and to contribute towards helping the environment we will no longer be printing and posting the Village Viewpoint Magazine."
