With Easter fast approaching St George's in Wootton has finalised its seasonal programme.
The church in Water Lane will hold Holy Communion and a blessing of Palm Crosses on Palm Sunday, April 17.
This will be followed by a Time of Reflection at 8pm on Maundy Thursday, April 21 before Reverend Jenny Parkin will hold a family service at 10.30am on Good Friday, April 22. This latter service will also include children's activities with Hot Cross Buns, while there will be a period of meditation at 2pm.
On Easter Sunday, April 24, a Dawn Eucharist will take place at 5.30am, followed by coffee and croissants. Then there will be an All Age Celebration with Holy Communion at 11am.
The church will also be open during Holy Week, the week leading up to Easter, for private prayer and quiet space.
