Easter play time across Northampton

Kids across Northampton will be able to enjoy a host of activities over the Easter holidays.
Northampton Borough Council's play rangers will be hosting a series of free play sessions for four to 16-year-olds across the region.
There is no need to book in advance, although adults muse accompany children under eight. A council spokesman said: "The sessions are a lot of fun and encourage children and young people to play together, enjoy the outdoors and take part in fun and challenging activities that can be messy."
Sessions will be taking place at the following times and places:

Monday-Friday, April 11-15: Morning sessions from 10am to 12pm at the new play area behind the basketball courts on the Racecourse.
Afternoon sessions from 1-3pm at the Obelisk in Kingsthorpe, just off Hunters Close.

Monday-Thursday, April 18-21: Morning sessions from 10am to 12pm to the left of the play equipment on Park Avenue South in Abington Park.
Afternoon sessions from 1-3pm at Thorplands Primary School.
