Work is set to start on the Exchange 15 office scheme early next month.
Planning consent for the Grange Park project includes 115,000 sq ft of office space and a 150-bed hotel.
The developer behind the site, Leybourne Estates, said it is 'already in discussions' with a number of hotel operators looking to locate to the area.
Proposals for the first phase comprises a 30,000 sq ft headquarters building and a 10,000 sq ft office.
Exchange 15 is the commercial element of a £100m, seven-year mixed use scheme at Grange Park which received outline planning last year.
The Village, the residential district of the 23-acre site, can deliver up to 450 new homes.
Russell Legg, managing director of Leybourne Estates, said: “The scope and opportunity of Exchange 15 is significant due to its exceptional location. We believe that it will be very attractive to local and regional companies seeking a high quality and high profile HQ building as well as occupiers from outside the region.
“Being based in key cities such as London is no longer seen as essential for many industry sectors. This has been reinforced in the last couple of years by many firms and organisations, including the UK government, who have moved out of their traditional commercial city bases to enable them to operate more effectively.”
Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed as the property agent for Exchange 15.
