Guild AGM to be held this afternoon

Hunsbury Afternoon Townswomen's Guild is set hold it's annual meeting at 1.45pm today (Thursday, March 17).
The group, which meets at the same time on the third Thursday of every month at the Abbey Centre in Overslade Road, adjacent to Tesco and the library, will discuss the year's upcoming events.
The Guild regularly holds talks, film slides and demonstrations and craft afternoons, while a barbecue and Strawberry Tea are also planned for the forthcoming year. The upcoming programme includes:

March 17: AGM
April 21: Anniversary
May 19: Recycle and renew
June 16: Strawberries and cream
