Wise Owls to talk of winter's past

If you think this year has been cold just wait until you hear about the ghosts of Northants winter past.
Jon Paul Carr, the Northamptonshire Studies Manager, will be talking at the next meeting of Wootton Wise Owls on the subject next week.
His talk, on Northants Past in the Winter, will take place on Thursday, February 24 between 2.30pm and 4pm in Wootton Fields Library. Visitors can join the group for a chat on the subject and a cup of tea.
