Quotable comic comes to The Walnut Tree


Razor sharp comedian Gary Delaney is coming to Blisworth's The Walnut Tree.
The bar and restaurant in Station Road will play host to the comic on Thursday (October 28).
Described as one of the 'most quotable comics on the circuit', Delaney has played big clubs such as The Comedy Store, Jongleurs and the Comedy Cafe.
He has also written for Russell Howard's 'Good News', Jason Manford's 'Comedy Rocks' and Radio 4's 'The News Quiz.'
He will be supported by Annette Fagon and Matt Grantham, with compere Simon Fielder hosting the show.
Tickets cost £6 and the event starts at 8pm.
The Walnut Tree will also see R&B group The Chevrons play on Saturday, October 30, while Terry Lightfoot and His Jazz Men will perform in the venue's Sunday lunchtime slot the following day.
