Catch a show sure not to Mort on stage

A flat world carried by four elephants standing on the back of a giant turtle.
That is the unusual setting for the latest production by the Hardingstone Players.
The group will be putting on it's version of Terry Pratchett's Mort at the end of this month.
Campion School in Bugbrooke will be the venue for the performance, which will tell the story of Pratchett's fourth Discworld novel.
Based in the surrounds of Pratchett's incredible imagination the play tells the story of Mort, who takes up the unusual position of Death's apprentice - only to find it is a killer on his love life.
Adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs, Mort has an 18 strong cast ready to bring all of Pratchett's weird and wonderful characters to life.
The show will take place at 7.30pm between October 27 and 30. Tickets cost £7 on the door, £6 in advance and £5 for groups of 10 or more.
