Enterprise Board offer Hunsbury businesses their say

Businesses across Northamptonshire, including Hunsbury, are being given the chance to have their say on how services are delivered across the county.
South Northants Enterprise Board (SNEB) and South Northamptonshire Council have joined forces to organise the 'come and have you say' event, which also aims to inform businesses what the agencies are doing to help them.
Changes being brought in by the new coalition government will also be up for discussion at the meeting, hosted at Towcester Racecourse on Tuesday, November 2.
Items up for discussion include:

- What are delivery organisations doing to help businesses?
- How will I access business support and information in the future?
- How will businesses be promoted in this area to attract inward investment?
- How will businesses be helped locally to create jobs?
The event will be chaired by the chairman of the SNEB Martin Lawrence, who said: "With many other business professionals from South Northants area, we are delighted that they have agreed to offer their thoughts and opinions about what business wants and what we need as businesses going forward."
It will also be attended by Silverstone CEO Richard Phillips, who will be speaking about how the famous race track has had to step up to the mark to become bigger and better to compete in not just the UK market, but world markets for motorsport events.
The site in Silverstone employs over 80 permanent staff and welcomes over one million visitors through its gates every year, which has a massive impact on the whole of the county.
Mr Phillips will also share his plans are for the future of his business.
The event will start at 4pm, followed by an official welcome from Mr Lawrence and MP for South Northamptonshire Andrew Leadsome at 4.30pm.
The focus will switch to a dicsussion of recent governmental changes at 5.45pm, before a final summing up at 6.45pm.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a behind the scenes tour of the racecourse before the event draws to a close at 7.30pm.
